Announcing the Annual Florida Prepaid College Raffle
This program is open to all members who meet all the minimum requirements of the association. The HPOA will offer three awards to its members and members who retired in good standing who were members for a minimum of two years. The awards will be provided to its members only and announced at least one month before the Florida Pre-Paid Program’s annual open enrollment. Members wishing to participate must apply. Entry applications must be submitted to the HPOA office and placed in the tumbler. Our board will randomly select the three winners.
The guidelines are as follows:
- Each member is entitled to one entry form. Should a member be the spouse or significant other of another member, it will be one winner per family.
- The member must be in good standing with the association (e.g. dues, etc.)
- The member must have a child/children at the time of enrollment & participation.
- The member must provide proof of enrollment with the Florida Prepaid program.
- The members Florida Prepaid account must still have a balance and not yet be paid in full.
- All eligible members are allowed to participate every year regardless of being a prior winner in a previous year, provided that all other eligibility rules are met.
- The Board Members shall have the right to amend, change, cancel, and or improve any and all guidelines, in the best interest of the association and its members.
